After almost 5 years selling on eBay we are experiencing a radical change in the eBay Feedback system.

We are no longer able to leave negative feedback for buyers, and this exposes us to all kinds of potential abuse that previously we had some control over.

Only on eBay can a disgruntled buyer have such a negative impact on our living, and our ability to put food on our table.

If a buyer is unhappy with a local brick and mortar store he can tell his friends relatives and neighbors, but eBay's feedback system provides much more than that.

On eBay a negative mark can put right in the face of our next customer and buyer, from anyone at anytime, and from anywhere in the world, for whatever reason, deserved or undeserved. And there is nothing we can do about it.

Nevertheless, for our part, we have decided to embrace the feedback changes.

It is causing us to think of new ways to excel and REALLY satisfy our customers to avoid even the slightest negative or neutral comment or feedback.

So we have revamped our Feedback policy to match the new eBay policies.

As a buyer, you have three choices....

1. Do nothing and leave no comment or feedback.

2. Leave us negative or neutral feedback or you can also leave us positive feedback with a negative comment. We consider each of these situations to be a negative mark against us.

3. Your third choice is to leave us positive feedback with a positive comment. This is what we want to earn and what we will strive for!!!!!!!!!

Your business is very important to us and our reputation is VERY IMPORTANT to us.

When do we leave a positive comment within positive feedback?

 

We use eBay’s auction management program called "Selling Manger Pro". This program automates our eBay business, allowing us to provide better service and support and to make fewer mistakes.

This program is automatically set to leave positive feedback with a positive comment for any and every buyer who has paid for their item(s) and who leaves us a positive comment within a positive feedback.

Once a week eBay's program does this for us.

 

What do we do to correct a problem?
