Notices
We use eBay's Auction Management program Selling Manager Pro. It
will send you -
1. A confirmation of your purchase with the invoice and a chance to
pay by PayPal.
2. Reminders until your funds are received.
2. A confirmation of the receipt of your funds.
3. A shipping notice when the item leaves our warehouse.
If you do not
receive these notices, then we suggest
1. Check your spam
filter
2. Make sure your
registered eBay email address is a current one.
3. eMail or Phone
us right away.
Signature
Required
All our orders require a
signature. PayPal and eBay require us to use that type of service.
In order to qualify for Seller and Buyer Protection, we must be able
to provide online proof of delivery.
If there is nobody home a delivery notice is supposed to be left at
the door with instructions on how you can either pick up the
shipment from the local courier or post office, or arrange another
delivery. You have 30 days to do this.
Occasionally that notice is not left or is overlooked. If you need
us to check the exact status of your order,
eMail or
Phone us right away.
Tracking Information
We can send you tracking numbers
AFTER
you have received our shipping notice. Please be patient with us as
we tend to attend to phone calls and technical issues first.
If we
neglect to respond within 24 hours to your tracking number request,
please send us a "Friendly Reminder"
International Registered Air Mail
Service tracking shows up 2-3 days
after "ship date". It does
not give you progress tracking. It does confirm
"delivery date".
Canadian Buyers and Taxes
All Canadian Sales are subject to GST tax. PayPal will
automatically calculate the GST in most cases, adding it to
your payment. Please be careful that you do not add it
twice.
Saskatchewan
Residents are subject to PST for new items.
