Due to eBay being in Lala-Land, they have made up
their own rating system, not a normal rating system that people would actually
understand like 1-10, but their own 1-5 system, with 1 to 4 being horrible and
devastating to sellers.
Here is the breakdown below:

if you hate us and want to take our heads and put it in a meat grinder
then give us a 1 to 4 |

we strive for of course) |
*** When filling out our feedback, please keep in mind, the shipping
time is how fast we got the order processed & shipped, not the actual postal
ship time because that has nothing to do with us & why should someone that lives
next to you, get 5 stars and someone who lives in a different country be
penalized for the postal system

2. We try and reply to each and every email within a 24hr period, most
replies are much faster.

4. Please DO NOT leave us a negative or a bad rating. Again, For ANY reason that
you are unhappy, contact us and let us fix the issue.
Many buyers in the past have left us negatives & have stated, (Contacted
seller & no response) - We reply to each and every email we receive, therefore,
sometimes one method may not be good as it may get filtered somewhere we don't
know about, please try 1 or 2 methods, but just understand, we do not ignore any
of our customers. We fix problems.

eliminate our email response from going into your spam folder.
5. Check your spam folder for our response, just incase.
WHAT TO DO
1. If you are happy with the transaction, please leave us a 5 star rating & the
favor will be returned immediately.
2. If you have any issues, email us so we can resolve them. Then we can leave a
5 star rating for each other.
3. Everyone is happy!
WHAT NOT TO DO
1. Leave a bad rating or negative
2. Start an eBay dispute
3. Start a PayPal chargeback.
By doing any of these, you are basically saying that you don't want to fix the
issue & you do not want to contact us.
