Thanks for shopping at JUST JOSTAR. To make your shopping experiences easier please read our policies.
SELLING: All our items are new and factory direct. We only sell JOSTAR USA original products, no imitations. We cannot list all the items we have in stock however if you need an item we don't have listed please ask and we will list it for you if we have it. Unfortunately we cannot sell you an item if it is not listed so please do not ask us to do that.
We are happy to close items early for you if you cannot wait for the end of the auction. There must be no other bidders. Please email for instructions on how to complete this kind of sale.
BUYING: We assume all buyers to be people of integrity and the owner of the ebay account until proven otherwise. Unfortunately there are a few people out there who are not stellar ebay users. For this reason we have set up the following policies. The bidder must be the owner of the ebay account. They must also be the person who pays for the item. If using paypal they must be the owner also of the paypal account. Their address must be verified by paypal.
We are happy to combine items to reduce shipping charges if purchased within one week of the first item.
Please be careful placing bids. Ask all questions before bidding. Canceled bids and item returns are a hassle for both you and us.
SHIPPING: We ship from our US warehouse same day as payment if payment is made before 12 noon any working day your time. Otherwise it will be next working day. For paypal e checks we ship when the check clears, normally 4 working days. Shipping is by USPS with signature confirmation and detailed tracking -NO EXCEPTIONS- when paying by paypal or by credit card. We will waive the signature if paying by money order. Since we have no control over the item once it has left us we cannot tell you when it will arrive. Normally it should get to you between 3-10 days depending on where you are. If you request FEDEX, UPS or EXPRESS shipping your shipping charges will change. EXPRESS is guaranteed by 3 PM 2 days from shipping. FEDEX and UPS 2 day shipping takes 4 days and costs the same as USPS. We combine orders purchased within a week of the first item to reduce shipping charges. Additional items are $2.75 after the first one (until postal rates increase again)
NOTE: If you fail to pay shipping we will send you a paypal for the balance and will not ship until it is paid. If you pay shipping but not the required insurance we will send the item if possible for the amount you paid. For instance if you paid $7 for priority mail and failed to pay the insurance your item will be sent by first class mail. Thanks for your cooperation in fully paying your bill.
RETURNS: Unfortunately sometimes things need to be returned. We attempt to make returns as easy as possible. We take each case on an individual basis. We only accept back new, unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of original purchase NO EXCEPTIONS. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. You will be given an RA# to be dispayed on the OUTSIDE of the box and an address to send returns to. Returns not sent to the designated address, without a visible RA# or beyond the 30 days will be REFUSED. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on certain select returns. We do not reimburse for return shipping. Again, you will be responsible for return shipping. Thanks for your understanding.
FEEDBACK: 05-20-08 Ebay has changed their feedback system so sellers can no longer leave anything but positive feedback for buyers. Since we feel this is unfair we are no longer participating in the feedback forum. We are happy to receive your positive comments. If you request via email a positive back we will oblige. We are no longer leaving automatic feedback since the forum is basically a farce at this point.
COMMUNICATION: We only communicate through the ebay email forum. Please do not use any other method to attempt to contact us as you will not get a response.
FABRIC DISCLAIMER: Jostar fabric is a knit. Sometimes the texture of this knit is visible depending on the weave of the fabric. This can be different for different dresses. Especially on solid colours and lighter colour items this texture may be more visible. This is inherent in the nature of the fabric and not a flaw. We do not note this in our description as it is part of the NORMAL MANUFACTURING PROCESS. We therefore do not accept returns on this since it is the nature of the fabric. However if you see the item and dont like it you can email us and simply state you decided it is not the dress for you and we will take the return no questons asked. If you state it as a manufacturing flaw and the item is not as described we will NOT take the return since it is NOT a manufacturing flaw. Jostar lengths are irregular so we do not state lengths in our description. If you want a specific dress measured we are happy to do so for you however we will measure one dress in that size not our entire stock. We want all our customers to be happy with their items and have the opportunity to return anything they feel is not for them. Please follow these directions and there will be no problem returning items that are visually displeasing.
