Do you ship International?

We do ship some items internationally. Please email or call us to find out if your item can be shipped to your country and for the rates of the shipment..

Does the Shipping & Handling fees include insurance?

All of our mounts will ship with the insurance. (Insurance is included)

Can I combine multiple items into 1 shipment?
We combine shipping on most of our items. Please view the auction for a rate of combined shipping at the bottom of every separate auction. If you do not see it listed, please email us and we will be glad to help you with the great saving.

If I send payment today, how fast can you ship?

All items are sent the same day of payment except items that have been paid by e-check and are waiting to be cleared. When your e-check or personal check clears your item is sent the same day.

Can you do expedited delivery?

At Promounts Inc. we offer expedited delivery at the bottom of every auction page. Please review the listing separately and email us if you cannot find express shipping rate.

How long will it take to receive my item?

Please allow 2 to 6 days to receive an item after we ship it.

Can I pay by check?

Yes, we do accept personal checks, however we hold shipping on the item until the check clears our account. Since each bank is different we have a policy of shipping the item 10 days after we deposit the check into our account, not when it clears your bank.
So if you take into consideration the time you mail a check and the 10 day hold we place on shipping it can take up to 2 weeks before we ship from the time you mail your check. For faster service it is recommended you send a Bank Check or money order and we will then ship normally within 1 business day not including weekends or holidays.
There is no exception to this rule so please do not ask. Any check returned from your bank for any reason will be assessed a $35.00 Bank Fee.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa/MC/Discover/Amex through www.PayPal.com. If your item is being paid for by money order then we will ship to any address you request if you pay by regular check we hold your item for 10 days from the time we deposit your check not when it clears your bank.

How do I check If my payment via PayPal has gone through?

The easiest way to find out if a payment has been sent by PayPal is to log into your PayPal account and click on the History tab. The History section will show you all the payments you have successfully sent.
