PAYMENT INFORMATION

We encourage you to pay by PayPal. Orders are shipped after receipt in full of your cleared payment. All amounts are in US Dollars. Taxes and shipping costs are extra. Canadian residents must add 7% for GST. Ontario residents must add 8% for PST. US and International customers are tax exempt.

Customers making payments without adding correct taxes and shipping costs will be contacted with a correct payment amount. Your orders will not ship until you have remitted the correct amount in full.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders normally ship within 3 business days after receipt of your cleared payment. The length of time it takes for your order to arrive is determined by the shipping service.  Delivery can take up to 6 weeks depending on your location.

The Pixel Place offers both ground and special shipping services. If you decide to have your order shipped ground at the lower cost, your order is shipped without insurance or traceability. Please understand that you assume full responsibility for the shipment. We are not responsible for damage or loss. If you decide to have your order shipped by special service at the higher cost, your order is assured and we assume responsibility for the shipment arrival including damage or loss. All shipping rates include postage and handling. We do not offer multiple item shipping discounts. Shipping rates shown are per item ordered.

If you require shipping arrangements other than listed, please contact us PRIOR to payment with your request.

RETURNS

Please email us for an RMA number stating the reason for your return before returning an item.  Defective product can be returned for replacement.  Lost or damaged product will be replaced only if you have paid for optional insurance when you placed your order.  Returns are not accepted without an RMA number.  Returns must be send shipping prepaid.  We are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.  Replacements are shipped after the returned item is received by us.
