Sometimes new shoes or boots just need a little narrowing, widening or stretching to make them fit much better. This can easily be done by your local shoe repair shop.
Our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee includes a reimbursement coupon for the amount you paid to have your shoes or boots adjusted, not to exceed $15.00. This coupon can be redeemed and applied toward your next purchase from Rina's Italian Designer Shoes' eBay Store. After you purchase another pair of shoes or boots from us, we will deduct that amount (up to $15.00) from your invoice and send you a corrected invoice.
Simply send us a copy of your receipt for having the adjustment done within 7 days of receiving of your new shoes or boots. Two easy ways you can do that are to either scan it and email it to us at: rinashoes@rogers.com or fax it to us at

Please note, all shoes and boots that have had adjustments are non-refundable.
