Q. Where is your retail store located?
A. Rina's Boutique is located in Thornhill, Ontario at 248 Steeles Avenue West, just West of Yonge and Steeles. For additional information and a map, please view our About Me page.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. The retail store is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 - 20:00, Saturday from 10:00 - 18:00 and Sunday from 12:00 - 18:00. Our eBay Store is, of course, open 24 / 7.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept PayPal, American Express, Discover, eCheck, MasterCard, Visa, and COD (Cash On Delivery - Certified Check) for items picked up at our store. Please see full Payment Details below.

Q. What do I do if my shoes don't fit?
A. There are two ways we can handle this:
- You can return your shoes as outlined in our Return Policy.
- You can adjust your shoes at a local shoe repair store. Please see Adjust Your New Shoes Policy.

Shortly after the auction closes you will receive an email with checkout instruction which will allow you to use our secure checkout service with PayPal. We ship to confirmed address only. If you are buying multiple items, please wait for your combined invoice to insure you receive our combined shipping discount.

Payment is due within 48 hours of auction close.
We ship only to confirmed PayPal addresses.
We include detailed descriptions and pictures to help you make an informed buying decision. We welcome you to please ask all questions prior to bidding.
You will receive an invoice within 24 Hours of auction end. Please email us if you don't receive the invoice.
We appreciate hearing from you within 3 days of auction end; payments are due within 7 days of auction end. We reserve the right to cancel or retract bids without prior notice from bidders with zero or negative feedback, fraud/shield/fake bidding or not a serious bidder. We reserve the right to re-sell the item, if payment is not received within 7 days after the end of the auction.
Most orders are shipped the next shipping day from the day payment has been received. Every item gets inspected prior to shipping. Our shipping days correspond to the UPS Postal Service shipping days with the exception of Saturday. Check out our feedback and see what our customers say about our shipping....It's fast.
Once you have won an auction from us, you will receive an invoice by email with checkout instructions. INSURANCE is an Extra Cost and Recommended as we cannot be held responsible after we ship the package and give you the tracking number.

The satisfaction of our customers is of the
utmost importance to us. Therefore, if you are
not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly
offer you a store credit for the value of your
purchase.
Sorry, there are no refunds.

You may apply for store credit within 7 days of
your item’s delivery. After 7 days no store
credit will be issued.

If you wish to return your shoes, please
email us at rinashoes@rogers.com with your name,
tracking number and the reason. We will review
your request within 24 hours (excluding
weekends), and email you all the instructions
necessary to ship the item back to us.

Goods must return in our warehouse in "perfect
condition and without any sign of wear".

All products must return in their original
packaging.

Upon the approval of the return, please contact our Customer Support for further
instructions. Failure to do so could result in
the customer getting billed for any charges that may
occur for improper shipping.

The shipping cost will be paid by Rina's
Boutique Network only and exclusively when the
return is a result of our error. If you received
a damaged or wrong merchandise, please contact our Customer Service within
and no later than 5 business days. We will cover
the shipping charges up to a maximum of $25.

We can accept returns only if the goods reach
our warehouse with their original packaging.

Upon receipt of goods and after checking that
all terms of our return authorization have been satisfied, you will receive
an e-mail confirming that the return has been
received and accepted.
