PAYMENT
Payment is due in
5 days with the exception of money orders which we realize will
take time to receive. We accept paypal, email transfers and
money orders. Sorry, we are unable to accept personal checks.
RETURN
POLICY
Sorry,
no refunds on body jewelry unless the item is damaged or different
than described in the photos and description combined. If we make this
booboo, please let us know. We may request a photo or scanned
image to determine if the product is incorrect or if the item was
damaged due to shipping or from use. If we messed up we
will either refund it, replace it or request its return with a full
refund including your shipping. This must be done upon receipt
of the item, prior to being worn.
COMMUNICATION
We respond to all
email. Please note that it seems not all email get through to us so
try again if you do not get a response within 10 hours. Most email
are responded to within 1 hour.
We read each feedback
left for us and much appreciate all. We respond in kind.
THE ARRRRGS OF THE
POLICIES WE HAVE TO SET FOR EBAY.
If a we recieve an email that is threatening our feedback if we do not comply with any demand or for free merchandise we will not respond and will immediately report these to ebay's trust and safety or the appropriate authorities if warrented. Please remember that attempting to get free merchandise through threats is illegal and is considered theft and/or extortion in the eyes of the law. Attempting to resolve an issue with threats is childish and will not be acknowledged. We'd rather take a neg hit than bow down to such behavior. We always communicate with our customers over late payment issues so please talk to us if there is a problem with your order. Late payments happen a lot...things happen that can affect our ability to pay and we appreciate that. We have never left negs nor have we ever threatened negs over non payment. We do, unfortunately, have no other way to be refunded by ebay for our listing fees and the percentage that they take for selling an item, other than to file an unpaid item dispute. We would rather there was another way because we realise that things happen that can suddenly affect our ability to pay. Please do not take the dispute personally because it's not mean't to be.
We ask that you base our star rating on the time it took us to post your item and not by the time that it took the post office to get it to you. Purchasing on Ebay means dealing with postal times. Please appreciate that we have no control over this.
Ebay is a trust and
communication transaction. The Shameless staff work hard to be accurate with your orders and to get them to the post office as fast as possible. No one here would deliberately compromise their job by deliberately messing up an order. We are human however and errors can be made.
