Customer Service

Customer service is an extremely important aspect of our business. Every effort is made to insure your satisfaction. We offer a 100% money back guarantee (not including shipping) if your item is not right for you. No explanation needed. Emails are typically responded to within 24hrs, though on weekends & holidays it may take slightly longer. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

USA

Shipments to the US are sent by Canada Post Airmail & take approximately a week to arrive. Shipments can take slightly longer during certain times of the year, & may on occasion be delayed by US customs. Shipments over $100 will be sent by Expedited Business, & will have a tracking number and insurance. If you need an item to arrive in less than a week, please contact us for other alternatives.

Canada

Items shipped within Canada will be sent by Expedited Business, & arrival times will be within 1-6 business days, dependent upon location. Insurance is included with all shipments. If you require your item to arrive in a shorter period of time, please contact us for other shipping options.

International

We are pleased to ship worldwide! All international shipments are sent by Canada Post Airmail & take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive. Shipments can occasionally be delayed due to traveling distance & customs. Please be aware that your country may charge customs fees on the importation of goods. We are not responsible for these fees.

General Information

All items are sent within 48 hrs of payment, most likely within 24hrs. Please note that if paying by Paypal e-check; the check needs to clear prior to shipping. This can take a week or longer. We are pleased to offer combined shipping in order to save our customers shipping fees. This will be done automatically. The buyer is charged the shipping rate for the most expensive item to ship, & then $2 for every additional item. This combined shipping rate may not apply to certain shipments outside of the US & Canada. International buyers should contact us for specific combined shipping rates. Once your item has been shipped, an email will be sent to let you know.

Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a full price refund on any item purchased, but are unable to refund shipping costs. All items must be returned (at buyers expense) within 7 days of arrival. The item must be in the condition in which it was sent, & must have all original tags. If you have a concern with your item, please contact us prior to leaving feedback, as we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.  If neutral or negative feedback is left prior to contacting us, we view the transaction as finalized.

Payments

We currently only accept Paypal. An invoice will be sent through eBay usually within 1 hour of the auction concluding. Please make payment within 3 days of invoice. GST (5%) is applicable to all Canadian buyers. Ontario buyers will be responsible for GST & PST (8%)  If you unable to make payment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.

Merchandise

All merchandise is guaranteed to be authentic. Our merchandise is purchased directly from the manufacturer, high-end department stores, & reputable wholesalers.  Our items are sold in three categories: New With Tags, New Without Tags, & Store Returns.  Store Returns may or may not include tags, and may have slight flaws due to handling.  If this is the case, it will be noted in the listing. None of our items sold are pre-owned. Please note that items may have slight surface dirt, due to handling, which will come out with a wash or dry clean.
