How will my order be shipped?

All online orders will be shipped and fully insured through USPS.  In stock items are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days from when we receive payment or credit approval.
 
Please allow 4 to 6 business days to receive your order. Out of stock orders and/or back-orders may take up to 12 days for delivery. Please note, special orders may take longer for delivery.
 
If an item is out of stock or for any reason we couldn't provide delivery service, we will notify the customer immediately by e-mail or phone.
 
Once your parcel is delivered by USPS, we cannot be held responsible for any claims such as lost or stolen packages. We therefore recommend that you add signature confirmation.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive an email notification with the tracking number when your order has been shipped.

International Shipping Inquiries

Currently we ship within the U.S. and Canada. However, international customers please feel welcome to contact us for a shipping quote and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Buyer is responsible for any duties imposed by other countries.

Return Policy

It is most important to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

We understand that when you buy a product online it may not be exactly as you expected. Therefore if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund in the same form as we have received payment, excluding the shipping and insurance charges. If your order included the free shipping option, your refund will be less our original shipping costs. Sparkle is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been visibly worn, scuffed or altered in any way.

When returning an item you must contact us first. We will then send you a return authorization number, and further instructions.

Packages without an authorization number will not be accepted.

Note: Because our jewellery is handmade, items may vary slightly from the actual picture shown. Also keep in mind that some items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
