Feedback is left after a transaction is complete.
We do not consider the transaction complete until the buyer has received their package and is satisfied.
Buyers are kept informed of every move we make with their package until it is dropped off at the post office. At that point Canada Post will take over and it is no longer in our possession.
Item As Described
We provide pictures that can be enlarged by clicking on them...buyers should take advantage of that feature as flaws can be seen better by doing this. We also describe flaws that we find in the description section under the pictures
Communication
We send our buyers at least 2-3 emails per transaction. Once an item is shipped we send the buyer an email with the expected delivery date. If you are one of our buyers please check your junk mail if you do not receive any emails from us.
Shipping Time
We can only control how fast we get the item to the post office. At that point Canada Post will take over and it is no longer in our possession.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping cost is determined by dimensions, weight, and destination. A handling fee under one dollar is added into the shipping cost. We can not control the cost as given by Canada Post nor can we be held responsible. There is a shipping calculator provided in every listing. Combined shipping is not cheaper. Always enquire before bidding or buying.
