What is your return policy?

Returns will be allowed if the item was grossly misrepresented. Preview all photos and enlarge the pictures by clicking on them. Flaws can be seen better by enlarging the pictures. Read descriptions and ask all questions before bidding.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes. Some items can ship with others at no additional cost. Some items will add to the s/h cost so email ahead of bidding for combined s/h quotes.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Allow 4-14 business days to the USA depending on method of delivery and 2-10 business days within Canada depending on postal code and method of delivery. DO NOT count weekends/holidays in delivery time. We only ship out items that have been paid for. Paypal e-checks must clear before the item is shipped.

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

For a limited time only we are charging under the actual shipping cost and there are no handling fees!

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the USA and to Canada.

When Will You Ship Out My Order?

Packages are shipped out 3 times a week. There is no shipping on weekends or Canadian holidays.

Will You Pack My Item Securely?

Absolutely!! We use good, sturdy recycled boxes. We surround fragile items with bubble wrap and/or styrofoam. If your item is a book that can ship in an envelope we make sure corners are well protected. If the book is a softcover we add a sheet of sturdy cardboard to the envelope. We are buyers on Ebay too and we know what it's like to have an item arrive without proper packaging. So buy with confidence, your item will arrive intact!
