Paypal payment to be made within seven days of purchase date unless other arrangments are made. Sellers are charged a fee once an item is sold. In order for the fees to be refunded to the seller (if the item is not paid for), an unpaid item must be filed, and will be if no contact has been made by the eighth day of sale's end.
