Our goal at The Crafts Outlet is to have you completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your items in their original packaging with your invoice and the reason for your return within 30 days and we will issue a store credit or a refund to your Paypal account. Please note that we do not refund any shipping cost. All returned items must be in new and unused condition (including all accessories, packaging, instructions etc).
The following fees are non-refundable
All delivery, shipping and handling charges (unless an error has occurred in the shipping of your order)
Exceptions
Custom personalized or altered itmes are non-refundable non-exchangable (ie, invitations, cards, tags, custom jewlery...)
for hygenic reasons, personalized jewellery, earrings and rings .
Seasonal items (e.g. Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) returns will not be permitted after the event date.
