See the Out of Stock List Before Buying
Due to the lack of Inventory control support from eBay, the quantity shown on each listing may not be accurate. There is possibility of having less than stated available due to items being sold from our other venues or due to higher demand of the item. Please check the Out of Stock List before you purchase items. We do our best to put a note on the listing when items become unavailable, however, it may not be reflected on the listing immediately. If the note is not already on the listing prior to purchasing, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible with an estimated available date; else, we assume the buyer has read the entire page of the listing and knows the item is out of stock.
The reason we keep the listing live with quantity on listings even if they are out of stock, is to give the buyer an opportunity to purchase the item and have themselves put on the back ordered list. The backordered items are shipped out first pay first shipped bases.
Also, if you need more quantity than is stated please ask us to increase the available quantity.
Combined shipping is available, however, because we deal with different suppliers, if your order contains items from different suppliers, they will be shipped to a distribution center in Canada and shipped from there regardless of the item's origin. |

If the item is shown on the image with decorations, these decorations are not included; they are only for decorative purposes. Nonetheless if you are interested in the decorations you see in an image along with the item for sale please don't hesitate to inquire.

Most items come in many different colors and shapes etc. It is important that you indicate your preference when purchasing the item. SKU# can be found on the description. Each shape, color etc are sold separately unless stated otherwise. You can indicate your choice by putting a note on the Notes Section of your PayPal payment. If you are using other methods of payment, please send me an email indicating your choice. If no choice is made within 3 days of purchase, we reserve the right to send you any random selection.

Engraving and Personalization |

Our professionals will use their best judgement on engraving and personalization to make the product look its best. The size of the font will be different that shown on images as the will be increased of decreased to best suit the item.

On flutes, if the names are too long to have both engraved, they will be separated in to two flutes (i.e. Bride's name on one and the Groom's name on the other)

It is customary to have the Bride's name appear first on Personalization.

Monograms have the Bride's Initial, Groom's Last Name and Groom's Initial (bLg) |

Delivery of the Item |

The item-s will be shipped after payment is cleared. See Payment Methods below.
Most Items Ordered and Paid in Full on or Before Tuesday of the week, will be Shipped on Tuesday of the following week. Exceptions: Engraved, Personalized, Back Ordered or Holidays, some items may take longer or shorter.

Domestic handling time for items are 20 business days; however, most items are shipped within 10 days of purchase.

Most items are shipped direct from the manufacturer from USA or CANADA depending on the item.

Some items may be out of stock due to the higher demand, in this case the buyer will be notified as soon as possible with an estimated available date.

It may take 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on the item within North America major cities.

For delivery outside of Canada or USA and some parts of USA may take 6-8 weeks due to delays at customs.

If you have purchased an item with personalization please add 3 more weeks to the delivery time.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay duty, customs and taxes when items are shipped from outside of the buyer's country (see below in shipping charges section).

All items are shipped by Canada Post Ground Parcel Post for the items shipped out of Canada, unless requested and paid for by you for a different method.

All items shipped out of USA are sent via UPS Ground (other UPS shipping methods are also available) except to PO boxes. Shipping to PO boxes are by USPS parcel post only. If you are a canadian buyer and the shipping service states UPS Standard Canada, it does not necessarily mean it will be shipped using this method. If the item is available in Canada, it will be shipped within Canada using Canada Post Ground Parcel Post.

Some items cannot be send to PO boxes, APO or Military Bases - in this case you will be notified and give you an opportunity to have an alternative shipping address available.

Even small items that can fit in an envelope are also shipped by Parcel Post using padded envelopes. If you want these items shipped via regular mail please ask me for a shipping quote.

We do not guarantee the safe arrival of candles shipped during the hot summer months; neither any items that contain liquid during the winter months.

*Note: Due to the high temperatures between May 1 - Sept 1, we recommend that all candles be shipped using our express method. Any melted candles shipped by ground will not be accepted for returns. |

Shipping Charges |

Most items are shipped across international borders, all duty and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. (see eBay for further details for cross border shopping) |

Shipping Insurance |

Highly recommended that you purchase insurance in case if the item is damaged during shipping.

Payment Policy and Methods |

PayPal, Money Order, Certified Cheque, Personal Cheque are the accepted methods.

I will send you a shipping notification once I receive the payment and the item is shipped.

If it is personal cheque the shipment will not be sent until the cheque clears the bank (70 days no exceptions); nonetheless, you’ll receive a payment received notification once the cheque is received.

I expect the payment within 10 days of your purchase or the listing end date; otherwise, the item will be re-listed.

I strongly believe 10 days is plenty of time to pay; however, in case of unavoidable situations you cannot pay me within the 10 days please communicate with me to find a better solution.

If I have not heard from you and we haven't worked out a deal within the 10 days I will file a complaint for unpaid item with eBay on the 10th day. On the 18th day if I still haven't heard from you I will leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK |

Return Policy |

All returns require prior approval by U-Design and must be authorized within 3 days of receipt.

A returned shipment must include a “Return Authorization Number” or it will be refused. For returns within Canada please use Canada Post, from USA please use USPS. Other countries, please use your regular postal service. Any other method will not be accepted and will be returned at the border/Customs and sent back.

The item must be in the same condition you received or refund is not granted.
-
Refunds are granted for the item value as store credit only; the shipping costs are not refundable.
-
All communications must be done through eBay message system for record keeping purposes.

Please note, many items are hand crafted; therefore, slight variations may occur. Similarly, the manufacture reserves the right to change or alter the design due to availability of raw materials and production difficulties.

U-Design does not guarantee the safe arrival of candles shipped during the hot summer months.

Any item that contains liquid (i.e. Snow Globes) will not be shipped during the winter months.

In the case of a damaged parcel, please inform the courier immediately - purchasing shipping insurance is encouraged.

If it is a personalized item, and the personalization is accurately done, this item cannot be returned.

The return reason must comply with at least one of the following reasons:
-
the item you received is not what you've purchased. i.e. you received completely a different article than you bought. For example you purchased a Cake-Top and you received a Candle Holder. In this case we will replace the item free and pay for the return of the other item.
-
the item is not as described in the description of the item you purchased. Beware that handcrafted items will be slightly vary from what is shown on the image.
-
the item was damaged during shipping. Please note: all items are inspected before shipping for quality assurance and packed securely to prevent most damages during shipping. However at times breakage can happen due to mishandling by the shipping company. You must provide an image of the damage item, before a replacement is sent.

Any other return (with Authorization) will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

In certain conditions, U-Design will pay for return shipping and handling and the item must be insured with the shipping company. |

Feedback is left once I receive POSITIVE feedback ONLY!, indicating that the item is received in satisfactory condition.

All items I sell are of good quality made by manufactures that are in this business for over 65 years; therefore, I strongly believe in the quality of these products. If there is an issue with the product you must communicate that to me first and seek a solution BEFORE leaving any feedback.
