We specialize in custom crafted floral accessories, bridal bouquets and
other wedding flowers; pew bows that are made to order, and items
related to life's most precious moments. Every buyer should
rightfully expect to receive products made specifically for them; made
only with new, not re-used materials. All sales are final.
Before
making a larger purchase of wedding flowers or pew bows, you may want to
order a small item for color matching. A boutonniere is likely the
most economical item to purchase for matching colors. If we don't
have one listed in your color(s), please do not hesitate to ask.
We use
special packaging materials that are designed to protect the delicate
items we craft. From time to time, boxes are mishandled in
shipping. In most reported cases, the box suffered notable abuse, while the product remained undamaged. In the unfortunate
event that your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately
upon receiving your purchase. Unless you have purchased one of the
few items we ship in an envelop, rest assured, your purchase is
adequately insured. The cost of insurance is included in the
shipping and handling fee. We are very happy to assist you in
filing insurance claims. As the seller, we do not assume liability
for replacing, or refunding the cost of damaged items until a claim is
settled with the courier.
