I just want to cry why so unfair to us? We spent about 10 days to make items, pay money to ship, didn't get a penny but two negative feedbacks. And the worst thing is we can not find a way to get help.
If you want to know more about the negative feedback, here is the answer:
1. The buyer bought one clip, but he thought he should get two, and he said the headphone was damaged badly. It is our fault for the confusing list about the quantity, so we refund totally of two payments including shipping fee on Jan 14th, and paypal confirmed the refund. We don't know why he said no refund on Jan 16th.

Since we sell clips at such low price, can not make any money, but reward negative feedback, we ended the two lists on Jan 17th. And some of the accessaries( hat, headphones) will be ended soon. If you need them in the future, please contact me by message.
2. Making headphone takes about 10-15 days, and airmail shipping takes about 3-4 weeks. We post it on the list. IT IS SLOW. We are very sorry we are unable to change this period.
3. We never charged 2x, We refund $5 of combined shipping discount once received his payment.

If the package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, we will ship item again once we receive the package back, but the buyer need to pay the second time shipping fee.
If you need it to arrive within 1 month, please ask us first to see if we can do, and put the deadline on paypal payment note section to remind us. Then, we will arrange the schedule for you. Otherwise, we can not garantee to let you get it on time.
