A: If the package is sending to U.S. , you can visit www.usps.com to track the status with your tracking number. For other countries,please visit your local postal service website or contact the postoffice for help. A: We accept return for refund for any reason.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes,of course,please briefly go over our shipping imformation under item picture, different item might be different policy. After you won the auction,we'll send an invoice to you, but if you're going to buy more,just ignore payment invoices from us, and make your payment till we've combined all your items.
(Notice:It is not allowed by ebay that items with different currencies to be combined invoice,but we do can combine shipping these items with diffenrent currencies if you get these payments done at almost the same time)

Q: How many items i can combine in one order?
A: currenly we do not have limitation of number of item to combine in same order.
Q: What payment option i could choose?
A: for German buyer, we accept bank deposit and paypal for buyer in other area, we only accept paypal.
Q: if i want to combine shipping, do i need to send payment first?
A: no, you can wait until all the auction you interested are ended and send a single payment.(as ebay's program can not put the different currency together,Normally we send different invoices,but it is combined shipping fee.)
